Retained Search Fee: A portion of the fee is paid upfront, with the balance due upon placement.
Temporary & Contracts Fees
Markup Rate: A percentage added to the worker’s hourly rate, ranging from 30-50%, depending on the role and duration.
Conversion Fee: If a temporary worker transitions to a permanent role, a conversion fee (10-15% of the annual salary) applies.
